General Instructions
- Each member must be a currently enrolled GMAian.
- Each member must hold a CGPA from 7.6 to 10 (or above 75% Aggregate Percentage) in latest examination held at school.
- CORE Membership is reserved for GMAians from classes X, XI and XII only.
(Core Membership includes posts: President, Vice-President, Executive Officer (Junior and Senior), IT Lab Head, Event Manager, Webmaster, Bulletin Board Manager, Magazine Editor (Print & Online)) - GMAians from classes VI to VIII can apply for following posts: IT Lab Assistants, Event Manager Assistants, Graphic Designers, Assistants to BBM, Magazine Reporter, & Typist.
- Posts reserved for Girl GMAians are:
- 1 out of 3 IT Lab Assistants
- 2 out of 4 Event Manager Assistants
- 1 out of 2 Graphic Designers
- Art Assistant to BBM
- 2 out of 4 Magazine Reporters.
- Online form is available from 8.5.14 to 14.5.14.
